Michael Field
Forgotten Horror: John Carpenter's Vampires
Updated: Oct 8, 2020

Can you feel it? The chill in the air? That feeling that there's something behind you? The hair standing up on the back of your neck?!
That means it's time to GET SPOOKY Y'ALL!!!!!
That's right! It's Butler's favorite time of year, Forgotten Horror! Mike Butler and Mike Field are raising four frightfully, delightful horror films back from the forgotten graves starting with John Carpenter's Vampires!
Join Butler and Field as they discuss James Woods' role in this film as an action hero as well as his agreement with John Carpenter on how they would film scenes. They'll also discuss Carpenter's directing choices in, not only, this film but all of his filmography and how Vampires was the film that made him decide to keep directing films.
And of course, the Mikes go into Daniel Baldwin and his love of two things; cheeseburgers and cauterizing his own wounds.
So remember, wear a costume, hand our treats, never blow out a Jack O' Lantern, and always check your candy.
