Forgotten Cinema: The Best Of Times

The Best of Times - Forgotten Cinema Podcast

One Mike thinks this film is "The Best of Times"....the other not so much.

Mike Field and Mike Butler take a look at the 1986 comedy film The Best of Times starring Robin Williams, Kurt Russell, Pamela Reed & Donald Moffat. Directed by Roger Spottiswoode.

Listen to the Mikes disagreeing with each other about nearly every aspect of this film. Didn't think Robin Williams could be unlikeable in a film? Well, Butler is going to make a case that he is in this film. Butler and Field also go head to head on the motivations for these characters and the town itself. The only things they agree on is the look of the town is very interesting and unique, and Kurt Russell is good in everything.

So grab your popcorn and soda, please notice the exits at the front and rear of the auditorium, and settle down for Forgotten Cinema.
