Forgotten Cinema: Stretch

The Mikes are taking a ride with the craziest limo driver in Los Angeles in this episode of Forgotten Cinema with a 2014 Joe Carnahan film starring Patrick Wilson, Ed Helms, Jessica Alba, Ray Liotta, David Hasselhoff, Randy Couture, James Badge Dale and (totally not) Chris Pine in his craziest role to date.

That's right! We're talking Stretch!

All those people and you never heard of it? That's okay, because that's why the Mikes are here! Join the hosts, Mike Field and Mike Butler, as they discuss and hypothesize what may have happened between Blumhouse Productions and Universal Pictures that caused this small budget film (that almost certainly would have at least made its money back) to be pulled from their theatrical lineup (unless you lived in eastern Europe, you lucky bastards!) They'll also talk the quick filming style, the dialogue, superfluous characters, how good Patrick Wilson and (not) Chris Pine are, and how this movie is one the finest B-Movie Action/Comedies in quite some time.

So grab your popcorn and soda, please notice the exits at the front and rear of the auditorium, and settle down for Forgotten Cinema
